1. Subscription Plans and Payment

Access to Correctify AI features is provided through free, paid, team, enterprise, or custom subscription plans.

• Plan limits apply to each billing or usage period
• Plans define document-scan, AI-diagram, user, and feature limits
• Custom limits may be assigned by an authorized administrator
• Allowances reset according to the interval shown for the plan
• All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways

You authorize Correctify AI to charge your selected payment method for the selected subscription and its renewal, where recurring billing applies.

2. Subscription and Refund Policy

• Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the service period begins, except where required by law
• Changing or cancelling a plan does not erase usage recorded during its current period
• Custom-plan payment terms may also be stated in the associated agreement

3. Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled from the subscription page. Plan access remains available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Correctify AI services legally and ethically. Any misuse, disruption of services, or unlawful activity may lead to suspension or termination of access.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Correctify AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

6. Modification of Subscription Plans

Correctify AI reserves the right to change plan pricing, limits, or included features. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where required.

Existing subscriptions remain subject to their applicable billing period and plan terms.

7. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Subscription access may end upon termination due to policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Correctify AI shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities due to service interruptions.

9. Privacy Policy

By using Correctify AI, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal information is collected and used.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Correctify AI and its team from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

Correctify AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date will reflect the latest changes.

Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
