1. Coin-Based Subscription and Payment

To access and use the features of Correctify AI, you must purchase coins through one of our available plans. The pricing structure is as follows:

• 1 USD = 4,000 coins
• Coins are deducted based on the services and features you use
• You may choose from pre-defined plans or purchase custom coin packages
• Coins do not expire and can be topped up at any time
• All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways

You authorize Correctify AI to charge your selected payment method for the number of coins you purchase.

2. Coin Purchase & Refund Policy

• You may purchase additional coins at any time
• All coin purchases are non-refundable, even if you choose not to use the full balance
• Coins remain valid until fully consumed—there is no expiry period

3. Cancellation

There is no recurring billing cycle with the coin-based model. You buy coins as needed. Therefore, no formal cancellation process is required. Once you stop purchasing coins, no further charges will be made.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Correctify AI services legally and ethically. Any misuse, disruption of services, or unlawful activity may lead to suspension or termination of access.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Correctify AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

6. Modification of Coin Plans

Correctify AI reserves the right to change coin values, pricing, or features included in any plan. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

You may continue using your existing coins under the previously agreed conditions.

7. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Coin balances may be forfeited upon termination due to policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Correctify AI shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities due to service interruptions.

9. Privacy Policy

By using Correctify AI, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal information is collected and used.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Correctify AI and its team from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

Correctify AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date will reflect the latest changes.

Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
