Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Correctify AI, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all users. As we have transitioned to a coin-based model, this policy outlines the terms related to coin purchases, cancellation, and refunds.

1. Coin-Based System Overview

Correctify AI no longer uses recurring subscription billing. Instead, users purchase coins on a pay-as-you-go basis, which can be redeemed to access AI-powered correction services.

  • 1 USD = 4,000 coins
  • Coins do not expire and are consumed only when services are used
  • Coins are added to your account immediately after successful payment

2. Cancellation of Coin Purchases

Since coin purchases are made on a pay-as-you-go basis and not via subscription, there is no recurring billing to cancel. Once coins are purchased, they are added to your account for usage at your discretion.

If you do not wish to continue using the service, you may simply stop purchasing additional coins. Your account and remaining coin balance will remain active until used.

3. Refunds

All coin purchases are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Double Billing: If you were charged more than once for the same coin purchase through Stripe, a full refund of the additional amount will be issued.
  • Platform Inaccessibility: If Correctify AIs services were unavailable due to a technical issue on our end for an extended period (30+ days), you may request a partial refund for unused coins, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Unused coins from active accounts
  • Accidental purchases where coins have already been used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content once coins are consumed
  • Change of mind after successful purchase

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated individually and granted only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions processed through Stripe
  • Technical system failures lasting over 30 days
  • Payment processing errors
  • Other extraordinary situations at Correctify AIs discretion

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team with the following details:

  • Your registered email or account ID
  • Payment transaction ID or Stripe receipt
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots or documentation supporting your claim (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment processing platform. Stripe handles all payment information in accordance with industry standards and PCI compliance.

For questions about payment processing or to dispute a charge, you may also contact Stripe directly through your Stripe account or payment receipt.

7. Changes to This Policy

Correctify AI reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
